The Prime Minister said this public meeting organized at the Annoara Koritan EPZ (KEPZ) ground in Chittagong on Saturday (October 28). Chittagong South District Branch of Aomi League organized this rally.
Earlier, the Prime Minister unveiled the plaque of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman tunnel built under the Karnaphuli river in Chittagong.
The Prime Minister said, ‘The people are getting the benefit of the boat brand and the people are getting the benefit of the development. We have continued the democratic trend in the country. We have given mobile phones to the people of the country. We have brought the poverty rate down.’
Highlighting the various activities of the country, the Prime Minister said, ‘When the Awami League comes to power, it works in the development of the country. We want to eliminate poverty from the country. We have given vaccinations from abroad and given vaccinations to everyone for free.’
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina criticized Smut Tariq Rahman and said, ‘We have come to the power of the people and have come to power. There is no point in seeing the spirit of our movement.’
