The case filed against Mosarat Jahan alias Muni on the charge of suicide incitement has been filed in the High Court for anticipatory bail in the High Court, Bashundhara Group Managing Director (MD) Samem Sobhan Anvir has filed a Thursday's bail application for the verbiage of the vertebra formed by Justice Mamnun Rahman and Justice Khondkar Diliruzzaman.
On Wednesday evening, the bench of the Supreme Court as seen on the website, Saint Sobhan Anveer alias Samem Sobhan vs. the Thursday's agenda of the bench as state has been placed in the number 14 order.
When asked, Deputy Attorney General Md. Tahirul Islam, who was appointed to the court, said, ‘I have not received the copy of the bail application yet. The copy can be told in detail.’
Earlier on the night of April 26, the police recovered Mosarat's hanging body from a flat in Gulshan. The incident was filed by Mosarat's sister Nusrat Jahan, who filed a case in Gulshan Thana, the only accused in the case, the managing director of Bashundhara Group, Sobhan Anveer.
