Election Commissioner (EC) Abul Fazal Md. Sanaullah said that BNP leader Ishrak Hossain was required to publish the gazette as a Dhaka South City as a memorator of the 10 days, hence the Ishraq gazette was published in the opinion of the Law Ministry.
He said this in response to questions from journalists after the Election Commission meeting on Wednesday (April 30).
EC Sanaullah said, from the proposal sent by the Election System Reform Commission from the Council of Ministers, the commission will send its opinion today on the issue of an immediate realistic proposal.
He added that the electoral list is going on to include the voter list, which will be strictly for those who have completely changed the NID information.
Incidentally, the first Joint District Judge Court of Dhaka, 5 years after the Dhaka South City Corporation elections, canceled the result of Fazle Noor Tapas as the winner, and the EC announced the gazette that Ishraq Hossain was declared a medal on April 27.
