The court has sent the case of clash to Jati Party (Japa) nominated candidate of Ramgati Municipality of Laxmipur, Azad Uddin Chowdhury and Abu Naser, Organizing Secretary of Ramgati Upazila Aomi League, in jail.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Monir Hossain ordered to send them to jail on Sunday (December 20) afternoon.
Advocate Rahmat Ullah Biplab said that the two accused in a case of a clash that took place in December 2013. The court applied for bail in the court at noon. The court ordered them to be sent to jail without bail.
