A joint operation has been conducted to ensure social distancing in Lakshmipur, this joint operation was conducted by the army, police and district administration in Laxmipur.
The operation was conducted in Laxmipur town on Monday (April 6) on Monday afternoon, while 33 Artillery Brigade Commander Brigadier General Shamsul Arefin and Laxmipur Deputy Commissioner Anjan Chandra Pal requested the public not to go out without urgent work.

Ziaur Rahman, 17 Field Artillery Major Ahsan, Superintendent of Police Dr. AHM Kamruzzaman, Laxmipur Civil Surgeon Abdul Ghaffar, Deputy Commissioner's Office Executive Magistrate Boni Amin, Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge AKM Azizur Rahman Miya and other members of the district police.
Brigadier General Shamsul Arefin said, "The coronavirus has become a pandemic worldwide, because of this virus, Bangladesh is now at risk. We are fighting in the Corona Virus, this war is not possible for anyone to win, everyone should come forward on voluntary. In this war, everyone should come forward on their own initiative.
