Own Correspondent: In order to prevent coronavirus in Kamalnagar of Lakshmipur, day laborers have been disintegrated food items including rice, dal and potatoes.
Kamalnagar Upazila Chairman Mejbah Uddin Ahmed Bappi, Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Mohammad Mubarak Hossain, Upazila Vice Chairman Omar Farooq Sagar were present at noon on Monday (March 30) at noon in the Kamalnagar Upazila Parishad premises.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Mobarak Hossain said that day laborers have been unemployed to prevent coronavirus and because of this, rice and pulses are distributed to their fish and daily food.
Kamalnagar Ujela Chairman Mejbah Uddin Ahmed Bappi said that food items are being distributed from the government allocation. Each unit has given 1 ton of rice and 10 thousand rupees; local people are distributing food items in villages.
