The High Court has said that no person can become the president of the governing body of Fazil (Graduate) Madrasah of the country without a minimum bachelor's degree.
Justice JBM Hasan and Justice Md. Khatarul Alam's High Court bench announced the Rata.
Advocate Md. heard on behalf of the writ in the court. Humatan Kabir was accompanied by Advocate Muntasir Shaheen and Advocate Md. Al-Amin was the Deputy Attorney General Noor Us Sadiq for the state.
Lawyer Humayun Kabir said that the DO letter holder of the MP for the post of president of Kalish Punail Hamidi Fazil Madrasa of Nandigram Upazila of Bogra. The High Court has canceled the post of President of Belal Hossain Bablu and his president.
‘After the order of the High Court, now the head of the institution will first send the names of 3 persons with a bachelor's degree to the VC of the Islamic Arabic University. Out of 3, the VC will nominate one person as the president. But if anyone is the president of the DO letter, it will be cancelled.’
The lawyers said that on March 8, 2018, Belal Hossain Bablu, MP DO letter holder of Kalish Punail Fazil Madrasa in Nandigram Upazila, was nominated by MP DO letter holder Belal Hossain Bablu, and he sent it to the VC only by recommending his name.
Later, Ariful Islam, the parent member of the madrasa, challenged Belal Hossain Babul for the post of president challenging the validity of the monotheist.
