The court issued an oral order to use the slogan ‘Jost Bangla’ in all events from December 16. On Tuesday (December 10), a bench comprising Justice FRM Nazmul Ahasan and Justice KM Kamrul Quader issued an oral order during the hearing of the writ.

The lawyers told the court, ‘Jut Bangla‘ was the main slogan of our liberation movement in 1971.’
The court said, ‘In the liberation war, everyone's slogan was ‘Jha Bangla’. In this country, many poets, writers and intellectuals have raised the slogan ‘Jhat Bangla’ in the side of the liberation war.’
Later, the court ordered to use JUT Bangla as a national slogan from December 16.
