The International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned Shakib Al Hasan for two years from all forms of cricket, which is completely banned for one year in two years, and the remaining 1 year will be suspended, i.e., he will be able to play but if he commits a crime again, he will be punished for a crime.
He has to be punished for breaking the three sections of the ICC's anti-corruption law, which he has been punished for, according to a press release.
3 charges against Shakib:
.Section 2.4.4- Not being able to disclose the entire information to Aksu despite receiving the corruption proposal in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe in January 2018 or the 2018 BPL.
.Section 2.4.4- Fail to inform Aksu despite receiving a second corruption proposal in the 2018 Tri-series.
.Section 2.4.4- On April 26, 2018, the Kings XI Punjab failed to disclose the proposal of the corruption of Sunrisers Hutdrabad to get a proposal for corruption.
Shakib has accepted all three allegations and Shakib has agreed with the ICC in the punishment.
