The court has issued summons against 16 people including Laxmipur Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anjan Chandra Pal and Director General of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
Sadar Upazila Abdullahpur Government Primary School Management Committee President Jasim Uddin filed a case in the court.
In view of this, the judge of Sadar Sinister Assistant Judge FM Sefatt Salam ordered the summons on Thursday. So that he could not remove the plaintiff from the post of president of that school, he resorted to the court.
Plaintiff's lawyer Makhan Lal Saha said that Jasim Uddin of Abdullahpur village filed a case against 16 people including the DC of Laxmipur and the Director General of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education in the court on June 25. The court filed a summons in their name after the case.

Others who have been issued the summons are District Primary Education Officer Abu Zafar Md. Saleh, Assistant District Primary Education Officer Muhammad Mosaddek Hossain, Sadar Upazila Education Officer Mohammad Moniruzzaman Molla, Assistant Upazila Education Officer Hasina Akhtar, retired Headmaster of Abdullahpur Government Primary School Mohammad Tofatael Ahmed, Acting Headmaster Samchun Nahar, Vice President Abdus Sahid, Assistant Teacher Md. Nurunnabi, Sharmin Akhtar, Jannat Ferdous, Lutfur Nahar, Monir Hossain, Naishwat Watchman Saiful Islam and Managing Committee Member Morjina Akter.
In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Anjan Chandra Pal said that the documents have not yet reached him due to the case and summons, but the school management committee is not aware of the poison, he said.
