Barguna 250-bed general hospital resident surgeon Dr. Lutfunnahar Lani was called to his office for immoral proposal, indecent and without any reason, the supervisor of the hospital Dr. Md. This information was informed in a notification signed by Kamruzzaman Chowdhury on July 22.
It has been said in the notification that since joining Barguna General Hospital, Dr. If you get a chance, you will get a chance to get a resident surgeon. Lutfunnahar used to call Lani to his office and pointed him to an immoral proposal and indecent. Such behavior was considered as misconduct as per Rule 3(b) of the Government Service (Discipline and Appeals) Rules, 2018, which has been initiated by the departmental proceedings against him.
At the same time, he wanted to know the reason for giving him a notice, why he should not be punished with the dismissal of the government service and the appropriate department will not punish him. The notice is received and he has been instructed to give a written reply within 10 working days and if he wants a personal hearing, he has also been instructed to report it within the prescribed sum.
Earlier on July 14, I gave a written complaint to the Secretary of the Department of Health in a written complaint. Lutfunnahar Lani mentioned that since joining Barguna General Hospital on June 6 this year, the supervisor used to call him to various office offices and give him an ugly hint. In the complaint, he further said that on the morning of July 13, the caretaker called the hostsapp and gave him an unethical proposal to spend the same time together in his dormitory room.
He was deliberately given a show cause notice to him, feeling insecure and appealing for a fair investigation and administrative action of the poison.
Later, on July 21, after a meeting held in the presence of a senior doctor in the hospital, Dr. Lutfunnahar Lani appealed to the Secretary of Health Care Department to withdraw the complaint.
But just one day later, in another application form on July 22, he complained that he was forced to withdraw the complaint after seeing the fear of fear and job loss. He claimed that a doctor was terrified of seeing him in various Facebook posts and news. He was also forced to give the main story in the presence of journalists in the supervisor's room.
In the new application, he further mentioned that he has applied to withdraw the complaint for the time being, but he is still unaware of the complaint, he demanded an impartial investigation and probation measures based on the previous complaint, stating that he has made evidence for the complaint.
Dr. Lutfunnahar Lani said, “I have known all the poisons in writing to the higher authorities. I want justice through a fair investigation. The application to withdraw the complaint was pressured from me.”
On the other hand, the hospital denied all the allegations
Supervisor Dr. Md. Rezwonur Alam said, “Dr. Lani used to see patients in private chambers outside without performing duty in Nitmet Hospital.I have given a show cause notice on this poison. I have been a victim of the systicism in the hospital to maintain the order of the hospital.”
