Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md. Sakhawat Hossain Bakul said, "We want to deliver your services to your doorsteps. Health cards will be distributed within the next 3 months. It is a scientific digital card through which the records of your body's genes to where a doctor will be seen will be there."

The minister also said that the last government has not kept a fund of 10 rupees in the Ministry of Social Welfare. Yet in the meantime we have allocated 30 lakh rupees for each unit of mosque, temple, cemetery. We have started working for people. If you help, we will be able to give a beautiful society free, drug free, inshallah.
Manohardi Upazila Executive Officer MA Muhaimin Al Jihan presided over the event, Manohardi Upazila Assistant Commissioner Bhumi Sajib Mita, Manohardi Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shahinul Islam, Manohardi Upazila BNP Member Secretary Aminur Rahman Sarkar Dolan, Upazila Jubo Dal Member Secretary Masudur Rahman Sohag, Upazila BNP Member VP Mostafa Mita and other leaders were present in the event.
Later, 282 people of the health minister upazila are destitute and poor. He distributed Eid donations to the people.
