After a four-day official visit to China, the country Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus arrived.
The plane carrying him landed at Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport at around 8:10 pm on Saturday (March 29).

An agreement and eight MoUs (MoUs) were signed between Bangladesh and China during Yunus' visit.
Apart from this, Bangladesh has received a promise of 2100 million US dollars, grants and investments from the Chinese government and businessmen.
Bangladesh and China have also ‘concured’ to strengthen mutual cooperation on issues such as hydropower, flood management and disaster reduction, river dredging and water resources development.
In an exclusive interview with China's official news agency Xinhua, the head of the interim government said the two countries have established extensive cooperation relations, which has brought many positive results.
The majority of our industrial products come from China, looking forward to the future, Yunus emphasized the economic complementarity between the two countries and their huge cooperation, he hopes more Chinese investors will come to Bangladesh and open a ‘bigger market’ together with local partners.
