This year's Fitra has been fixed at a minimum of Tk 110 and a maximum of Tk 2,805. This decision was taken at the meeting of the National Sadaqatul Fitra Determination Committee at the Islamic Foundation Baitul Mukarram meeting room today at 11 am.
According to Islamic Shariah, fitra can be given with any of the products such as flour, barley, raisins, dates and cheese etc. If you pay fitra with wheat or flour, you have to pay 1 kg 650 grams or its market price is 110 taka. The market price of 3 kg 300 grams or its market is 530 taka, dates 3 kg 300 gms or its market value 2 thousand 310 taka, with raisins 3 kg 300 gms or its market value 1 thousand 980 taka with 3 kg of 300 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. Accordingly, you can pay Fitra with any of these products or its market price.
The meeting was presided over by the President of the National Sadaqatul Fitra Determination Committee and Khatib of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Maulana Mufti Abdul Malek presided over the meeting.
The meeting also said that these products have variations in local retail market prices, and the payment of the local price will be paid for the Fitrah.
