Former Professor CR Abrar of Dhaka University (DU) is joining the advisory council of the interim government, his swearing-in ceremony will be held at 11 am tomorrow (March 5) at 11 am.
Chief Advisor's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam gave this information in a briefing at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital on Tuesday (March 4).
The press secretary said that he will get the responsibility of the Ministry of Education.
He also said that Professor CR Abrar will take oath on Wednesday, and Professor Wahiduddin Mahmud has been saying for a long time that he is not able to work at two ministries at the same time, as he is a very big responsibility in the planning ministry, and for this reason, Professor CR Abrar is joining the advisory council.
Incidentally, Dr. Wahid Uddin Mahmud is currently serving as the Education Advisor as well as the Ministry of Planning.
