A Comilla court has ordered (P.W.) to appear in court on the next date of the case, including the order to arrest BNP checker Khaleda Jita, a petrol bomb attack on Comilla passenger bus.
Judge Mustain Billah of Comilla's Senior Judicial Magistrate Court gave this order on Monday. The next hearing date of the case is March 28. This information was confirmed by the Comilla Court Inspector Subrata Banerjee.
According to court sources, on Monday, after the application to arrest Gulshan Police Station OC Abu Bakar Siddique BNP Chairman Khaleda Gita in the court of Comilla's No. 5 Amli Court Judge Sinhar Judicial Magistrate Mustain Billa, the next date of the case was issued by Khaleda G.
Earlier on February 25, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Comilla Begum Janab Begum was a petrol bomb attack on the bus, 8 people were killed in the bus, BNP Chairman Khaleda Gita issued an arrest statement against 48 people.
