The police arrested 3 people including the leaders of Aomi League and Chhatra League in Sadarpur of Faridpur in the operation of Operation Devil Hunt.
Sadarpur Thana police arrested them from Pitazkhali Bazar area of Dheukhali Union of Upazila around 12 o'clock on Wednesday (February 12).
The arrested are Tutul Khan, general secretary of Dheukhali Uniton Chhatra League of Sadarpur Upazila, Abul Khan, member of Dheukhali Uni, Aotami League, and Moin Khan, General Secretary of No. 1, and they have been arrested for direct involvement with Awami League politics and creating sabotage.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadarpur Police Station. Abdul Motaleb said, ‘The anarchist marketers have been arrested in the raid in the upazila's Dheikhali unitn of the upazila to prevent the creation of unstable environment. The operation will continue until the special instructions of the district police are eliminated, the creators of the anarchy and the anarchy."
