The Ministry of Home Affairs has limited the legality of foreign nationals staying in Bangladesh illegally on January 31, 2025. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against illegally staying and related institutions.
On Thursday (December 26), this limit will be fixed through a warning notice.
It is said in the notification, for the information of all concerned that many foreign nationals are staying illegally in Bangladesh - working.
This situation has been requested in the notification to get validity along with documents of staying or working in Bangladesh by 31 January 2025, foreign nationals working in Bangladesh illegally.
In this case, all the concerned departments have been requested in the notification to provide the necessary assistance.
It has also been mentioned in the notification that legal action will be taken against illegally stationed and related institutions after the limit.
