The High Court has canceled the abolition of the system of government through the fifteenth amendment of the Constitution, which has resulted in the cancellation of the provision of parliamentary elections under the Dalit government, and the recession of the government during the election period has brought back the electoral system.
On Tuesday, the High Court bench formed in combination with Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Debashish Rath Chowdhury gave the verdict.
Article 7 and B regarding seizure of power outside the Constitution has also been declared null and void.
The High Court said in the observation that the Father of the Nation will remain in force on March 7 and the issue of March 26. These are the poison of the next parliament.
Regarding the interim government, the High Court said, it is not a caretaker government, a government of special arrangements as a result of public aspiration.
In addition to reintroducing the supervisory government system during the election, Article 42 (2) of the Constitution has been canceled and the suffrage system has been repealed and the sensualization of the suffrage has been revoked by the Supreme Court where the power of the Supreme Court was demoted by the lower court.
