The High Court has issued a ruling to find out why the commission will not be given to re-investigate the murder of Pilkhana and BDR in the capital. The preliminary hearing of the writ filed by the High Court on Tuesday (November 5) was given by a bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Debashish Racha Chowdhury.
In the writ, Advocate Tanveer Ahmed has made a hearing on the petition in the court, who has made the defendant the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Cabinet Secretary, Secretary of Law, Justice and Ministry, IGP and RAB DG.
The petitioner said, "The people of the country want to know the reason behind the killing of 57 army officers. After the interim government took the responsibility, the home advisor has not yet taken any action, but no action has been taken yet.
Earlier on Monday, Home Advisor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that the re-investigation of the murders committed in the BDR rebellion will start soon.
He said, the BDR murder will be re-investigated and must be done soon. As there are many others that are happening, it will also be done. Incidentally, on February 25 and 26, 2009, 74 people were killed, including 57 army officers, at the headquarters of the Pilkhana Border Guard Force in Dhaka.
The incident took place in the international arena in the country's boundaries. The case of the murder of an army officer in the BDR rebellion in the BDR rebellion on January 7, 2020, has been upheld by DAD Tauhid, 139 people, including DAD Tauhid, and the High Court has published the 29,59 pages of the case in the history of the world.
The court acquitted eight accused in the judicial court to life and four acquitted while at the same time, 146 out of 160 people were sentenced to life in the judicial court.
The court acquitted 12 people including Torab Ali, the leader of the Aomi League, who got life in the judicial court.
