Due to the impact of the heavy cyclone, heavy to very heavy rains may occur in Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions with gusty winds.
Fishing boats and trawlers in North Bay of Bengal and deep sea have been asked to stay in safe shelter until further notice, and the ports and Mongla seaports have already been asked to see the number 10 disaster signal.
