The river ports in those areas are asked to show warning signals at the speed of 45 to 60 km on the 11 regions of the country.
The weather office has given such a forecast on Monday (May 20).
Meteorologist Md. Monotar Hossain knows, Rajshahi, Pabna, Rangpur, Bogra, Tangail, Mymensingh, Jessore, Kushtia, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Sylhet regions are 45-60 km per hour from the west/north-west direction. Temporary rain/storm with gusts may cause rain/thunder with thunder.
The river ports in these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.
