In Bhola's Tajumuddin, a disabled child was accused of torturing a disabled child in the bathroom, then by chaining him to a tree.
According to the complaint, Abdul Hamid (5), a disabled child of Bhulu Molla of Badalipur village of Upazila Shambhupur Uni, No. 2nd and Gita, was granted water in his cowshed at 2 pm on Thursday at 2 pm.
This incident Manju and his wife Achma Begum locked the disabled child in their bathroom. Later, we did not see the scraps. It is also known in the complaint that Hamid, who is disabled in chains and beat them up, is mentally broken.
Tajumuddin Thana filed a written complaint accusing Md. Manju (40) and his wife Achma Begum (35) of the person who was tortured, who was tortured by Abdul Hamid, the mother of disabled Abdul Hamid.
When asked about this issue, Tajumuddin police station officer-in-charge Md. Anonorul Haque said that after receiving a written complaint, the officer has been sent to the spot and legal action will be taken subject to investigation.
