The High Court has ordered the closure of primary and secondary schools during the month of Ramadan, while the notification issued earlier regarding the opening of schools has also been suspended.
The High Court issued an order on Sunday (March 10) at noon on February 25. Earlier, lawyer Md. Ilyach Ali Mandal challenged the legality of the decision to keep primary and secondary schools open on February 25. In the writ, the Rituals in the writ of Primary and Mass Education Secretary, Education Secretary, Deputy Secretary Primary and Mass Education Secretary, Deputy Secretary Education Secretary, Primary Education. Director General of Directorate (DG), Shishu Kalyan Trust, Director of Shishu Kalyan Trust, is also sought to close the school during the month of Ramadan until the writ rules are settled.
