Primary education system is in a bad condition due to the manpower shortage of the primary education office in Tajumuddin, Bhola. Teachers are attending school without proper supervision of the office. In the midst of all these complications, children are being deprived of their basic rights every day.

This upazila is not possible due to the weak supervision of the manpower of the office. Some teachers have come to the school without taking care of these policies from 9 am to 3 pm.
