The legal notice states that this story has attracted young students to transgender, and the young students are being inspired by transgenders. The legal notice says that this perverted sexual taste and mentally disturbed transgenders are being attracted to transgenders, while attempting to promote the country by incorporating the activities of these mentally disturbed transgenders into the textbooks, which is being used to hurt the religious beliefs of the country's vast Muslim population.
According to Article 2-A of the Constitution of Bangladesh, Islam is the state religion of the Republic. On the other hand, the fundamental rights of the Constitution Article 41(1) According to the religion of every citizen, the religion of the Muslim community is being hurt by promoting the activities of transgenders in the textbooks of the country. According to Islam, perverted sexual behavior, homosexuality is strictly prohibited according to the Islamic community. which is a punishable offence.
Within 30 days of receiving the notice, the book should be withdrawn from all educational institutions and bookstores, including the exclusion of Sharifa and Sharifa stories from the history books of the seventh grade and the revised books of the students, otherwise the High Court has to take action in this regard. The lawyer said that the writ petition will be filed accordingly.
