On the last day of the appeal, the Election Commission has started its process to get the application for the return of the candidature as usual from 10 am on Saturday.

Earlier, 431 candidates applied for the first day of the 731 candidates to get their candidacy back against the selection of the nomination papers of the Returning Officers in the 12th National Assembly Elections. 42 people filed an appeal on the first day. 141 people on the second day, 155 on the third day and 93 people filed an appeal on the fourth day last Friday.

This morning, the concerned officials of the EC are sitting in 111 booths in the central booth in the election commission building of Agargaon. 2/1 candidates were seen coming in Comilla, Sylhet booth. But the most feared one was to be seen in the central booth. 2,716 nomination papers were filed in 300 seats in this year's national election. After the verification of the candidates' submission, 1985 candidates have been declared invalid after scrutinizing the nomination papers, which has been declared invalid to 731 candidates. The majority of the candidates declared invalid are canceled and there was a problem of support of one percent of the voters.

From them, 17 candidates from Dhaka region, 11 from Comilla, 5 from Chittagong, 4 from Sylhet, 4 from Sylhet, 14 from Mamansingh, 4 from Barisal, 11 candidates from Khulna, 13 from Rajshahi and 5 candidates from Rangpur region will be able to appeal against the decision of the returning officer till December 9. The Election Commission will decide on the appeal against the returning officer till December 9.
