Violation of the Election Code of Conduct. The Election Investigation Committee has summoned Shakib Al Hasan, the Aomi League candidate for Magura-1 seat and the captain of the Bangladesh cricket team, Shakib Al Hasan.
Judge Joint District and Datta Judge Satyabrata Shikder, who is responsible for the Constituency-91 and Magura-1 Constituency Election Investigative Committee of the National Assembly, gave this summons on Thursday.
Shakib has been asked to explain why legal action will not be taken against him for violating the election code of conduct, he appeared in person on Friday before the investigation committee.

The summons also said in the letter that, due to the violation of the said law, why legal action will not be taken against you, then the following signing (Satyavrat Shikdar, Election Investigation Committee, Election Area-91, Magura-1 and District and Datta Judge First Court, Magura) will be present at 3 pm on Friday 31/12/2023.
Incidentally, Shakib went to the constituency for the first time on Wednesday and was accused of violating the code of conduct of the national parliament election several times when he reached Magura, but he was calling everyone to follow the election code of conduct in the district's Dalit office.
