The technocrat Kota Yog Deota minister and the Prime Minister's advisors have resigned.
They submitted their resignations to the Cabinet Department on Sunday (November 19).
According to the Prime Minister's Office and Cabinet Division, the Cabinet Department had sent a letter to two technocrat ministers and one state minister and seven advisers to the Prime Minister to submit their resignations.
In 2018, the technocrat ministers resigned before the national elections, but the advisers of the Prime Minister did not resign.
At present, the technocrat ministers and state ministers in the cabinet of the government are Minister of Science and Technology, Etaface Osman, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Mustafa Jabbar, State Minister for Planning Ministry Shamsul Alam.
Before this, on November 15, the twelfth Chief Election Commissioner Kazi Habibul Autal has announced the schedule of parliamentary elections.
