twelfth Voting for the National Assembly elections will be held on January 7. Today, Wednesday evening, in the Deota address to the nation Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal announced the schedule of parliamentary elections.
According to the announced schedule, the last date for submitting nomination papers for the 12th national parliamentary elections is November 30. Selection will be made from 1st to 4th December.
The deadline for withdrawal of candidature is December 17. Allotment of symbols is December 18.
CEC's speech started broadcasting on Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar at 7 pm.
