Special Representative: A case has been filed in the name of three people including BNP leader Manik Saha alias Trunk Manik for demanding extortion in Lakshmipur.
On Tuesday (November 7), the case was filed by lawyer Shyamal Kanti Chakraborty in the Sandhya Sadar Model Police Station.
It is reported that lawyer Shyamal Kanti Chakraborty filed a complaint against Manik in the Senior Judicial Magistrate Sadar Amli Court on Monday (November 6) at noon, and the court judge ordered the Sadar Model Police Station to record the case after taking into account the complaint.
Plaintiff's lawyer Farooq Hossain confirmed the poison.
Manik Saha is the former general secretary of Laxmipur municipality and is a member of the municipal BNP.
He is a businessman. The other accused are Sameer Ranjan Dey, businessman of Shakharipa, of the city and his wife Rita Rani.
Shyamal is a resident of Shakhari Paar in Laxmipur town, he is the public counsel of the District Judge Court (GP).

Plaintiff Shyamal Kanti Chakraborty said, I applied for the case in the court. The court has directed the Sadar Model Police Station to record the case.
BNP leader Manik Saha said, "I have received a notice but the poison of the demand for the subscription is not true. I don't know anything about the incident."
Laxmipur Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Mosleh Uddin said that the case has been recorded as per the court's instructions. If the truth is found in the preliminary investigation, the accused will be arrested and handed over to the court.
