A woman has been killed in a police clash with protesting workers in Konabaji, Gazipur, who died on the way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Wednesday morning.
The deceased woman worker is Anjutara Khatun, the wife of Md. Jamal Hossain of Char Natipaja village of Kazipur upazila of Sirajganj district.
The owners of the garment workers did not accept the 1200006.00.
In this poison Anjutara Khatun's husband Md. Jamal Hossain said that his wife had rubber bullets on her body and died on the way to Dhaka Medical College.
AKM Ashraf Uddin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Konabai police station in Gazipur Metropolitan, said, ‘The workers blocked the fire in the regional fireplaces. They also carried out the vandalism. Later, the situation was thrown by the storm, which caused the injury of the trasel and sound grenades.’
