Faridpur District Representative
In order to preserve the hilsa, 6,000 meters of current nets have been seized in various parts of the Padma river at the initiative of Charbhadrasan Upazila Administration and Upazila Fisheries Department of Faridpur. Later, the seized nets were thrown on the banks of the Padma river in front of the people.
Upazila Fisheries Officer Md Mostafizur Rahman conducted the operation on the instructions of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mr. Md. Mehedi Morshed.
