The police are arresting a accused named Alauddin Patawri murder case of Basshikpur Uniton Jubo League in Laxmipur Sadar Upazila with weapons.
He was arrested from Bashikpur in the early hours of Thursday (October 26).
Laxmipur Superintendent of Police Tarek Bin Rashid confirmed the poison through press briefing at 3 pm on Thursday at 3 pm.
He said, on the basis of the secret information, the accused Yusuf, who was accused in the murder case of Jubo League leader in Bashikpur, was on the run for a long time.
The police superintendent said that the arrested Yusuf Alauddin murder case is directly implicated in the case against him under the Arms Act.
It is to be noted that on October 1 last year around 10:00 PM, Jubo League leader Alauddin was sitting on the culvert of Basshikpur area of Sadar Upazila and talking on his mobile phone.
