100 bedded hospitals are being admitted at Laxmipur Sadar Hospital. As a result, all patients with dengue patients have to take public services in the 100-bed hospital. There is a shortage of adequate doctors and nurses in the hospital.
Some dengue patients complain that they are not getting proper treatment in the balcony. They are not getting proper treatment. A person named Morshed Alam from Kushakhali is seen to get treatment for the balcony bed next to the toilet.
Anonymous said, "There are enough mosquito nets in the hospital, but the patients are healthy and the mosquito nets are not possible to be taken. There are additional patients, so it is not possible to keep an eye on the mosquito net."
According to Laxmipur Sadar Hospital, there are enough mosquito nets in the hospital in the last fiscal year 21-22. In the last fiscal year 2016, 160 mosquito nets were collected in the current fiscal year 22-23.
Resident Medical Officer Annotar Hossain said, 100 Sharya hospitals are being run on 50 manpower, 48 posts are still vacant. There are 400 patients admitted every day, and we are struggling to provide medical care.
District Civil Surgeon told reporters that there are 40 doctors, but 23 are supposed to be 12 consultants, but there are 6 consultants and there are no equipment in various departments.
It should be noted that the work started in 2017-18 but 250 Sharya hospitals are under construction, but the contractor said that the work of the building will be completed in June 2024. After the completion of the work of this hospital, the people concerned think that the people will suffer a little.
