Reporter, Rajshahi: The Rajshahi Development Authority (RDA) Assistant Engineer Sheikh Kamruzzaman has been dismissed in the same manner and the order has been in effect since September 10.
After filing the charge sheet of illegal wealth, Sheikh Kamruzzaman's bail was denied and sent to jail on September 10. Along with this, another case of acquisition of illegal wealth Nishat Tamanna, wife of Kamruzzaman, has also been sent to jail.
On September 17, Rajshahi Union Authority Chairman Gitaul Haque ordered the general dismissal of Engineer Sheikh Kamruzzaman, who was aware of the poison.
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed a charge sheet against Rajshahi Development Authority (RDA) Assistant Engineer Sheikh Kamruzzaman and his wife Nishat Tamanna on August 29, and the ACC filed a corruption case against Sheikh Kamruzzaman on June 1 last year and his wife Nishat Tamanna on June 2.
It is to be noted that the case has been brought against Engineer Kamruzzaman for the acquisition of illegal assets of Tk 1 crore 66 lakh 69 thousand 911. On the other hand, Kamruzzaman's wife Nishat Tamanna has been accused of illegally acquiring Tk 68 lakh 62 thousand 118 and concealing wealth information.
Tamanna is currently living with her husband Kamruzzaman in the village of Shahmakhdum police station in Shahmakhdum police station in the city of Shahmakhdum police station in Barkhada village of Sheikh Kamruzzaman.
