Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Khan Md. Nurul Huda has said that the Election Commission (EC) will decide on the environment of the 11th National Assembly elections.
He said this in response to a question from media workers at a press conference held at the election building in Agargaon on Thursday.
In response to the question of which the army will be in the current legal framework, the CEC said, ‘The EC will determine how the army will be, what will be their status, what will be their status, the same is not yet to say. The election will come into consideration when the election comes. But the army can be deployed in the existing structure.‘
The 11th National Assembly will hold a dialogue with the 18th National Assembly, the 16th of August and 19th October, the 2019 election of the 20th October, the 2019 2019.
At the beginning of the dialogue, the CEC said, in the middle of the dialogue More than 400 valuable and guidance recommendations and suggestions have been received.
These recommendations and suggestions will be compiled in the form of book in December next November.
In response to another question, the CEC said, "Hopefully all parties including BNP will participate in the elections. The commission sincerely wants all parties including BNP to come to the polls because BNP is a party. We believe that an atmosphere of trust has been created."
