The president of Char Kalkini Uniton BNP in Kamalnagar, Laxmipur, is the President of Unitone Panel Mehedi Hasan Liton. On Tuesday (August 29), Upazila BNP Ahbat Gholam Quader and Member Secretary Nurul Huda Chowdhury signed the notification.
Mehdi Hasan Liton has been involved in BNP politics since his student life, locally active in social work. That is why he is elected as a member with a huge number of votes.
Former Juba Dal leader Ibrahim Sumon has been made the general secretary of this committee of more than 100 prominent committees and Master Ala Uddin has been made the organizing secretary.
Dalit sources say that the new committee has been announced to support the activists in the ongoing anti-government movement.
