Aoami League held a rally and rally in Laxmipur against the morning and evening hartal called by the Jamaat.
Later they gathered at North Temuhani traffic area.
Meanwhile, no picketing or Jamaat camp leaders have been seen in the field in support of the hartal. So far, there has been no news of any kind of unpleasant incident anywhere in the district. All types of vehicles have been trafficked and kept in the important areas, law enforcement personnel are in the area.
District Awtami League General Secretary Advocate Noor Uddin Chowdhury Natan, Awtami League leader Abdul Matlab, Advocate Russell Mahmud Manna, Ismail Hossain Chowdhury were present in the anti-hartal procession, among others, District Jubo League joint Aghar Sheikh Zaman Ripon, Mahbubul Haque Mahbub and others were present.
