Until further instructions, the five accused doctors of Lakshmipur have been banned from surgery including cesarean operation and operation. The circular was issued by the upazila health and family planning officer Dr. Quality Poddar.

The circular also mentions that no doctor can perform major surgeries except BMDC recognized higher degree in the respective poisoning. No doctor can perform various surgeries without minimum training. If any certificate is proved false then legal action will be taken against the doctor and the concerned hospital.Any patient will have to undergo proper examination and prepare for surgery.In case of critical patients or Sadar Hospital or Medical College Hospital, he should be referred to the doctor or medical college hospital.
