The police in Laxmipur have registered 4 cases of the BNP clash in Sadar Thana. The police filed two separate cases in the plaintiff.
Among them, one explosives and special powers Act and the incident of obstructing the police and injuring the police, the other case has been filed against the district BNP Ahbatak Shahid Uddin Chowdhury, who has named 2 cases 55 people as the main accused and has been registered against 3500 others.
On Wednesday (July 19) night, the police filed a case under the Explosives and Special Powers Act. 1500 other unknown persons filed a case. Also, the murder of Sajib's brother Md. Sujan Hossain has filed a separate case against several unknown accused in the plaintiff.
On the other hand, the general secretary of Kamalnagar upazila of the district, Advocate Nurul Amin Raju, has filed another case under the Special Powers Act against 300 unknown people in the incident of vandalism in Lakshmipur town and the village.
Laxmipur Superintendent of Police. Mahafuzzaman Ashraf said, four separate cases, including the names of 55 people under two affidavits. 3,500 more unidentified people have been accused, he said, the police operation to arrest the accused in these cases has continued.
