Two cousins named Mabita (10) and Moritam (14) died in the village during Eid holidays in Mamansingh.
Mabita is a student of the same village, Mahbubul Alam and Morith Israfil aka Milon. They are about each other's cousins, both of them are students of a madrasa in Mirpur area of Dhaka.
According to the police and family sources, cousins Mabita and Moritam came to the village on Eid holiday from Mirpur in Dhaka. On Tuesday evening, two sisters were playing next to a pond.
Inadvertently, Mabita first got into the pond water and then jumped into the water to rescue him.
After receiving the news, they rescued them and came to Muktagacha Upazila Health Complex, where both of them were declared dead.
In this context, the OC of the police station, Abdul Majid, said that there has been a wrongful death case in this poison.
