For relief from the intense heat and rain, the local devotees will offer Istiska prayers in Kamalnagar of Lakshmipur.
Maulana Jayed Hoshain Faruqi, Khatib of Charlorns Bazar Central and Jazu Hat Hamedita Kamil Madrasa, confirmed the poison of Istiskar Namaz Paar through a Facebook post on Tuesday (June 6).
He wrote on his personal Facebook account, ‘The holy ”Salatul Isteska” will be held at 6 am on Thursday at the historic Lawrence Tahrita Eidgah Madadan of Kamalnagar.
Meanwhile, the highest temperature in the country today was 40.5 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and Saitapur, while the highest temperature in Dhaka was 38.7 degrees Celsius.
