The information was confirmed by the Prime Minister's Assistant Press Secretary ABM Sarwotar-e-Alam, who said that during the conversation, the two leaders exchanged skills and talked to each other for about 10 minutes.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina congratulated the re-elected President of Turkey for winning the second round of elections, while the voter turnout was above 86 percent while she expressed her happiness in the election of the right leader, which was proved after the run-off election.
Sheikh Hasina said on the phone that the people of Bangladesh will be persistent to stand by the fraternal people of Turkey for any need like the February 2023 earthquake.
He expressed his gratitude to everyone, pointing out that the fraternal people of Bangladesh were mentally united with the enthusiastic people of Turkey in the second round of elections.
He thanked the people of Bangladesh and wished to strengthen the relationship between the two countries, reiterated working with Sheikh Hasina to take the existing bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Turkey to new heights.
