After killing Amena Begum in Ramganj of Lakshmipur, her son Redwatan Hossain Milon was sentenced to death by the court. At the same time, he was fined Tk 10,000. Rahibul Islam gave this rath.The convicted Milan is the son of deceased Ali Akbar of Asharkota village of Noongaon Union of Ramganj Upazila.
According to court and statement sources, on the night of 23 February 2022, Milan killed his mother Amena in Da Di Di Di Kupi, later on Kapja and Blanket. On 24th February around 5 am, the locals saw the fire coming out of the house and the locals to see the window glass of their house breaking the glass. The floor was on fire. After the door was broken, everyone could see Amena's body on the floor. In the fire, the police arrested Milon and sent him to Lakshmipur jail. On the same day, the victim Amena's brother Tipu Sultan filed the case.
It is said in the deposition that Milon was seen 2-3 doctors for treatment, his mother Amena, and he was angry with Milan Mata, in which Milon killed his mother in the morning after the Fajr Azan, and then set fire to the cup and blanket mulch for the disappearance of the body.
On June 22, 2022, the investigating officer of the case and Sub-Inspector (SI) of Ramganj police station. Oliulya filed a charge sheet against the accused in the court, after a long hearing and taking the testimony of the witnesses, the court gave the verdict.
The accused has confessed to the murder of the Laxmipur Judge Court (PP) Advocate Jasim Uddin, who has confessed to the murder of his mother and has given a statement in the court.
