Kamalnagar Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council Conference

The tri-annual conference of Hindu, Buddhist Christian, Oikya Parishad was held in Laxmipur Kamalnagar on Friday (July 28) afternoon at the premises of Hazir Hat Unitan Parishad, President of the organization's Kamalnagar branch, Advocate Milan Malla, presided over the conference.
The conference was announced by the organization's central committee member Advocate Jahar Lal Bhowmik, the chief guest, Advocate Ratan Lal Bhowmik, president of the Laxmipur district committee, Advocate Shaibal Kanti Saha, a member of the special guest Central Committee, Md. Nizam Uddin, among others, Shil-uva Oikya Parishad District Committee President Shimul Saha and General Secretary Advocate Prahlad Saha held the meeting.
Speakers from the conference demanded equal rights of minority interests protection law, formation of special tribunals to prevent oppression of minorities, political and social power at the rate of 20% population.
