The police recovered the melted body of a young man named Makchudur Rahman (25) after 9 days of disappearance in Kamalnagar of Lakshmipur.
The body was recovered from the safety tank of Tehsildar Sana Ulya behind Char Jangalita Uniiton Bhumi office near Lawrence Bazar on Monday (06 June) around 12 noon.
The deceased Maqchud Char is the son of Lawrence Uniton's Ennat Ulya.
The father of the deceased said that Makchud went missing on Saturday night on May 28. He did not find him despite many searches. The police station made a general duty (GD) in this regard.
Kamalnagar Assistant Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Md. Jnued Kausa confirmed the poison of the recovery of Kausa's body and said that the preliminary investigation suggests that the young man has been killed and the body has been disappeared. The police conducted an investigation and found the body and legal action will be taken.
