A poor jailer named Mohammad Hossain has filed a case against four people including the police in Lakshmipur court on the charge of killing the innocent wife.
After hearing that the mistreatment of the husband was being done to the husband, Parul Begum committed suicide in the house of the Dhaka housekeeper and filed a murder case against Hossain Parul's parents and brother.
Plaintiff's lawyer Abdul Ahad Shakeel Pattori told reporters on Sunday that the case of fisherman Hossain is the former SI of Ramgati police station in Laxmipur, Mojibur Rahman Tafadar, the father-in-law of the plaintiff. Bahar Mistry, mother-in-law Hajera Begum and brother-in-law Babul were accused by Senior Judicial Magistrate Md. Belat Hossain filed a case in the court of Ramgati region.The court accepted the case and ordered the CID to investigate and submit a report.
According to the details of the case, Ramgati's poor fisherman Hussain (46) died leaving two sons, Nupur (14) and Jumur (12) in the first wife of Ramgati's poor fisherman Hossain (46), and then he killed Parul. Two sons stayed in their house. On September 13, 2019, Parul Nikhonz Hall, the Ramgati police station, was released on 25th September. Meanwhile, the unidentified woman corpse was found in the bathroom of Ramgati Banglaalk. Her parents claimed that the body belonged to Parul.
On the same day, the police arrested Hossain and the police filed a case of murder against him in the night.
After serving 27 months in prison, Hossain was released on bail from the High Court in December after 27 months in prison. Hossain then learned that Parul, on the advice of his parents, was working as a housekeeper on New Paltan Road in Dhaka, on the advice of his parents. Brother Babul went to Dhaka and took him.
On October 19, 2019, Parul committed suicide with the window grill of the house after hearing that he was doing injustice to his husband. Parul's body was secretly buried in Azimpur cemetery in Dhaka without bringing the body of Babul to Ramgati.
Asahat Hossain said that the father-in-law and brother-in-law planned to keep Parul in Dhaka hide and identify the unknown half-melted woman as her (Parul) body. She has been imprisoned for 27 months and has been imprisoned for 27 months. She wants justice for four people including a police officer.
Bahar, his wife Hajera Begum and son Babul, who are accused in this poison, did not get the statement.
Former SI of Ramgati police station Mujibur Rahman Tafadar said, "After the case with me for a month, all the allegations against me are false."
The investigation officer of the case, CID Sub-Inspector Ashraf Uddin, said that the second wife Parul was not killed by Hossain. Parul Dhaka committed suicide. After a long investigation, I filed a final report in the court saying that the case is false.
According to court sources, after submitting the report, on 4/4/2023, the court accepted the final report and acquitted the accused Md Hossain from the case of murder of wife.
