Four ‘militants’ have surrendered from the surrounds suspected of being surrounded by the Ashuli of Savar, but they have not known their identity, RAB official Saidur Rahman confirmed this information.
The members of RAB-4 surrounded the one-storied militant hideout of Ashuli's Narhat Chowrabali area from late Saturday night. The owner of the party has been taken into custody by RAB for questioning.
The militants also fired rounds of fire at the RAB from the surrounding area, and the bombardment was heard several times. Then there was a bomb disposal unit and the team team to the spot. RAB and police helicopters were also patrolled from morning. Then two militants surrendered in the afternoon.
RAB-4 CPC-2 Nabinagar branch chief Major Abdul Hakim said, after receiving the news of the militant hideout, they quickly went to the spot.
