The 10-day induction training of teachers who have got new government primary school teachers will be awarded Rs 5,000 for participating in the training. The training is being given under the Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-4). The nationwide training will cost more than 318.85 million rupees.

It is said that under the Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP), the newly appointed assistant teachers of primary schools will be given 10 days of training in 291 upazila/thana resource centers in the financial year 2022-23. In total, 434 batches of induction training will cost 31 crore 85 lakh 3 thousand taka.
The duration of this training will be 10 days. Every day the training will start from 10 am and will continue without any break (national day and public holidays).
If teachers are not available from the same upazila, teachers can be deputed from other upazilas of the same district through the district primary education officer. Moreover, if any teacher who joins the government primary school appointed as an assistant teacher does not receive DPed and induction training in 2018, they can be included in this training. Based on the information collected from the district primary education office, the number of batches and participants will be conducted according to the training manual.
URC -TRC instructors will collect the necessary materials for the training and deliver them on the scheduled day before the start of the training. Upazila or Thana Education The officer will give deputation to the participants of the batch as per the training plan. The officer will nominate the newly appointed assistant teacher as an induction trainer in the government primary school only by entering the name, designation and other information of the teacher, and the training of the PAEMIS software cannot be nominated for the training.
